Please know the malware called CRYPTOLOCKER is real. Yes there are removal tools, but NO you CANNOT
unlock your data unless you pay the ransom demand of up to $300. Security companies are working on a solution, but none has been developed yet. Make sure you have a backup plan for all Photos, Music, Documents, etc. This is the only way your files will survive outside of paying ransom. Call us if you need assistance with your Backup Plan.
