An overview of how TeamViewer works:
1. Click the TeamViewer icon to begin the download
(the 2.6 MB file should take just a few seconds).
2. Then double click the downloaded file and choose Run or Open.
3. Allow the program to run and that's it!
Many computer operating environments will ask you repeatedly if you are sure you want to do this.
This warning of course is built-in to your operating system for security reasons - but rest assured this file you are downloading from us is completely secure and safe.
We will be on the phone with you during this time so please feel free to ask questions as we proceed.
Once TeamViewer is ready on your computer, it will provide you with an ID and a one-time Password.
These are the numbers we will need for access to help you.
